Products and product information

PleaseSqueeze sells novelty squishy toys and tactile accessories. Product colors, finishes, packaging, and dimensions may vary slightly from photos. Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Use products only as intended and follow any safety or age guidance shown on the product or packaging.

Orders and pricing

We may correct pricing, description, availability, or typographical errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may cancel an order and issue a refund where required, including where an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be authorized, or an order appears fraudulent.

Shipping and delays

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and carriers. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a material delay occurs, we will provide notice and options required by applicable law. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

All-sales-final policy and required exceptions

Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy, all sales are final. This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. We review verified reports of an item that arrived damaged, materially different from the order, or was not delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PleaseSqueeze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
